YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THE PUMA NIGHT RUN TEE THAT IS IN THE RACE PACK THAT YOU HAVE COLLECTED EARLIER. COME IN YOUR MOST COMFORTABLE RUNNING SHOES TO MINIMIZE ANY UNNECESSARY DISCOMFORT DURING THE RACE. SINCE IT IS A NIGHT RUN, BE CREATIVE AND INCLUDE OTHER GLOW-IN-THE-DARK ACCESSORIES TOO!
MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU MUST BRING ALONG YOUR RACE BIB AND WEAR IT ON THE FRONT OF YOUR RUNNING ATTIRE TO CLOCK YOUR PERSONAL TIME! [NO EXTRA RACE BIB WILL BE PROVIDED]
ALL BAGGAGE WILL BE DEPOSITED AND COLLECTED AT THE RACE VILLAGE. THERE WILL BE A DESIGNATED BAGGAGE AREA. HOWEVER, WE DO ENCOURAGE ALL RUNNERS TO TRAVEL LIGHT!
DEPOSITING OF BAGGAGE WILL START FROM 1700HRS.
WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE LEAVING YOUR VALUABLES IN THE BAGGAGE AREA. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ITEMS.
ANY BAGS NOT COLLECTED BY 2300HRS ON 5TH AUGUST 2017 WILL BE DISPOSED OFF BY ORGANISER’S DISCRETION.
IF IT RAINS BEFORE THE EVENT:
RUNNERS ARE TO PROCEED TO RACE VILLAGE FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
IF IT RAINS DURING THE RACE:
ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE MADE BY THE MARSHALS ALONG THE RUNNING ROUTE TO ADVICE PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE SHELTER. PARTICIPANTS CAN PROCEED WITH THE RUN AT THEIR OWN RISK.
THE ORGANISER WILL DECIDE TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL THE EVENT ON THE BASIS OF HEALTH AND SAFTEY ASPECT OF THE PARTICIPANT. ONCE THE DECISION IS MADE, THE ANNOUNCEMENTS WITH BE MADE TO PARTICIPANTS VIA SMS, FACEBOOK AND EMAILS.
