- If you want to study at great universities in Malaysia or abroad. Diploma courses might be offered in some of the great colleges in Malaysia, but it is usually not available in universities. The thing is, a diploma course is known to be less expensive. This is why this is perfect for those who are struggling with tuition fees. So, you cannot really expect universities to be offering this.
